Our Story Begins in Pharr, Texas
Los Chilaquiles started in 2016 with a simple goal — to share the flavors of southern Mexico with our community in Pharr, Texas. Located at 6901 S Jackson Rd, our family wanted to create a place where people could enjoy real Mexican food made with care and tradition. What began as a small idea grew into a local favorite known for its homemade recipes and warm, friendly service.

Our family grew up surrounded by the flavors of Mexico. From tortas and tacos al pastor to sopes, huaraches, and flautas, these dishes were a part of our daily life. We wanted to bring that same experience to our guests — meals made fresh every day, just like at home.
